Since 2005, I’ve worked across consulting, corporate management, and expat roles - predominantly within automotive sales and marketing. What I’ve learned? It’s always the people. The team makes the difference.

I’ve built and led teams across the board—from tire fitters on the shop floor to international executive teams. Across more than 15 nations, I’ve shaped cultures, driven transformation, and helped organizations grow through clarity and strong leadership.

My passion is to help others do the same: unlocking potential, navigating change, and leading with purpose. Today, I live that passion through Business Coaching & Transformation.

Away from work, I’m a proud father of two, married to a classical musician, and based in Vienna. We enjoy life’s mix of rhythm, challenge, and meaning—on stage, at home, and wherever new ideas take us.
